The Co Work Scape is a strategy of opening and occupying the VDO’s land to increase the possibilities of hosting activities of very diverse scales, from nano to large companies, and to engage in the transformation of the city. It is inspired by the functioning of coworking spaces to set up a parcel of land on demand. It proposes a land tool that guarantees the distribution between built and open spaces while allowing for flexibility in land use.
